Registration Requirements
Parents or guardian must come in person to register.
- A minimum
deposit of $80.00 is required.
- 2nd payment is due on the 2nd
week
- Final payment is due before the last day of class.

D.P.S. REQUIREMENTS FOR PERMIT:
*STUDENT MUST BE AT LEAST 15 YEARS
OF
AGE AND WILL
NEED THE FOLLOWING
DOCUMENTS:
- DE-964 Green Certificate (El Paso Driving School will
provide this)
- Original or State
Certified Birth Certificate
- Verification of enrollment form from your high school (V.O.E.)
- Social Security Card (original)
- Plus one of the following: TX ID
Card, Shot Record, School ID,
Military ID, or Health Insurance Card
with students name.
- DPS
Application plus Fee(s)
- One Parent or Guardian
- Black ink pen

AGE AND HAVE HELD PERMIT AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AND WILL NEED THE
FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
- DE-964
- Verification of enrollment
form from your high school (V.O.E.)
- Permit
- $6.00 or $11.00

***Remember to give your Insurance card company a
copy of your DE-964 for a 10% discount. We charge for
duplicates.
Please keep original DE-964 for your records. We
